Simply blue dress, very kid like avatar.

For the most part the dress is nice, the hanging down straps got a little blurry on the skin. The best thing about this avatar for me is the hair and cuteness of the face.

Hair is perhaps a little too long for me however.

Overall B

I like the dress, though I agree with Imperial that the hanging down straps went into blurry mode at the leg. I don't see the shoes with this dress, Would have been better in blue in my eyes as the hair is very dominant and I have a color range from brown blue over to grey, this is a bit too much in my eyes.
I don't like the hair with this dress tbh as I said above it looks very dominant and kills the look of the whole outfit.

Description: Changed the hair to something less heavy, skin (because the original skin looked too plain without the heavier bangs) and shoes (could not find a blue to match the dress so I matched accessories instead).
