It doesn't look very clown to me. Her anry outfit isn't close to 'insane' or 'clown', and she shoes throw it off more. The choker and arm bands don't go with the outfit.

I agree, this was a nice thought but i think you detoured and the nose skin and maybe the hair are the only thing that says 'clown' i think the outfit wasnt executed in a clownish way
