Agree with the above comments. If you go with a shock coloured outfit then you need a lively skin, not a plain skintone. If you didn't use so many items from anry, and managed to change some of them out with matching items from other developers, you could possibly use one of anry's skintones which would match this outfit. I have used one of her skins for similar outfits like this. The hair makes the outfit look too plain and black, removing the shock-ness of the outfit.
