Her hair is too light for that dark skin, remember, darker skins look horrible with hair colors like blonde, red, or brown. I like her outfit though, but I would choose different shoes. I'd take the necklace off, the anklet off, and the pearl earring. I think the rose should be another color, maybe red perhaps? Her nails stand out like mini glowsticks, you should go with darker nail polish next time.

Agree witht he shoes, and I think the necklace and ankle bracelet were unnecessary, but the outfit is very cute.
