I Love The Mermaid dress i see where your going with it could have used a bracelet/necklace i would change the shoes spikes are completely out of the look your going for also i would have used a tall avi for this and something about the face is a lil shady for me i say B-

I cant really point out what i dont like but the head is a bit big
