I like it, just use a scaler avatar and it will keep the smoothness of the avatar and not mess with the joints of the avatar.

I get that the pacifier is supposed to be apart of the Hello Kitty theme but i dont know that a child should be still using it. I agree with the scaler and everything else is cute.
