That seems like really heavy makeup for a casual look. I'm also not a fan of the steel boot heels.
Metal heels are definitely not casual wear, and while the sweater and jeans fit into the casual category, it doesn't seem fashionable to me.

It looks nice my aunt wears heels for freaking everything same for heavy makeup so for people into the heels with casual wear i think they'll love this look. Thinner eyebrows i believe would look better A-

This isn't casual but more of sort of a prep/goth thing going on. The steel boots are too much here and heels don't go with skinnies, like at all. I don't like her face and the makeup is too much on her face. ehh, it needs work to be casual.
