I would change the skin and I am not sure about the head but I think it doesnt go bad with the outfit style and her personality; her hands look small and I dont love the top quality.

When a stylist is giving credit to a certain developer you must not judge upon creativity as far as different devs go

I really like this. I hate the head though, but nice job.

I would change the head , but I like that the lips go with the shorts .
I really don't like that avatar you chose , it gives her weird and unnatural moves and poses when tried in shop .
