I like her but I don't think the heels are needed. The face is a little manly but eh.

Theres not alot of wow factor, I like the choice in hair color and skin, although her stern expression does not improve her overall look - expressions can make or break the outfit ... I do like expressions that reflect the overall theme, same with the avatars posing- so keep that in mind when constructing the avatar-
