Very cute formal-winter wear. It would be better with different colored lips to change it up and not have the outfit be all one color. The elf ears are also unnecessary because they are hidden by the hat and don't go with the look.

I agree with Norrona on her points. I would take nude lips, elf ears dont go with the look. I tried the outfit, took off the winter hat and she looks much better without it. Also without the hat and other lips, it will be less white colour to watch, that would help a lot.

You take all the advice they gave you and redo the outfit, and then post it here AS A REPLY. Not as an edit, or a new post.

We then rejudge on the improvements you've done. Being granted a resub is basically the judges saying "this has a lot of potential, but it just need a few tweaks"
