Each element of this outfit is OK. Together I don't think they work well. The shoes have a horrible texture, they look flat at badly made. Her earrings don't match and I think a softer peach lip colour would work better then the dark one you have with that skin.

The top and jeans are nice but everything else is no bueno. That skin is a mess with that makeup. The head doesn't help by making the lips look odd. Using more developers in making this outfit would have been better. The shoes just don't look well with this.
