I like the concept, and I loooove the top, but this outfit needs some work. I don't like the blue lips at all. I think they are just too much blue. The eyes are too dark also. The accessories also need to be changed. The pearls don't really fit here. Maybe some more silver accessories would look better and tie in the belt a little more.

I love loooooove this. The blue colors are great. The eyes are nicely chosen. I don't have any problems with the pearls, I love how they bring out the almost pearly color of the sparkles on the bottoms. Nice job.
