It's cute, the dress isn't a great quality. And I think you could have chose a better hairstyle this hair isn't child-like.
The eyelashes don't it perfectly, and the eyebrows do not match the hair enough, cute shoes though,

I agree, the hairstyle needs to be more childish. The eyelashes also need to be taken off. Not only are they not fitting for a child but they don't fit her face at all! They are almost on the eyebrows..
