I like this outfit, just not the shoes.

I like the pieces individually (not the shoes though) but not together. Also someone else submitted an outfit with those pants, it hasn't been accepted yet, but to me it looks better. You have a good concept, it just needs work.

What size hands would you recommend, i'm currently using 85%, for future reference?

I would use the hand scaler by LOL its most likely on the first page of the accessories page in shop mode.

and sometimes that hand scaler doesnt work with heads or nails.
and sometimes you just have to use different percentages. with this one i wouldve used an 80%.

Just look at the hands if they look big get a smaller scaler . i have to use different ones in certain outfits.
