I like this idea. The first thing i see is all the makeup, she needs a more child skin. Also a more childish hairdo. I like the outfit its cute but i'd like to see different shoes because I dont feel the rain boots go with it.

The hair makes the outfit more business-like than child-like, so try to replace the current hair for something more playful so that the outfit goes more towards child than it goes towards formal and business.
