One, you have way too many eyelashes on, you don't need 3 pairs, one is more than enough.Also, the black makeup doesn't really match this dress at all. I don't really like this dress at all and it doesn't go with the shoes. The hair doesn't match, it's way too curly and messy for this look and too dark. A lighter brown style that was straight would have worked better. The add on lipgloss was not needed for this skin, the lips have this random white spot on them now that looks out of place. The skin is cute but it would have looked better without the add on eyeshadow.

I changed it again going by the things you pointed out. I think its pretty close now.
