The shoes and the head dress do not match this outfit period. The pants could be way better quality and the top doesn't really go with them, it's a different shade of blue than the pants. I don't like the head, it's too mature looking for a teen look. I think curly hair would be better with this outfit instead of straight. And maybe a darker shade since your skin is close to the shade of the hair.
