I agree with the above, almost all of the products you used are from the same developer, which makes this not very creative. the hands are huge, i would do as Neu suggested and take a look at the tips thread for new comers.

She is scaring me.. it's like a creepy doll escaped from the movie Toy Story. Her hands are ginormous as well. The face is really what killed this. Cute otherwise though.
