The style is good and I love the accessories you used. However, I agree with Phersu about the head. I feel as though the lips are kind of oversized which in turn is making you seem pouty/angry. The eyebrows don't compliment the face at all.

Everything was said here. I dont love the head, she really looks angry and I would take other lipstick color. I would prefer other hairstyle too, its like too much everything.

Due Respect But She Looks Like She Lives In
The Bronks. I Swear I Have Seen About 250
More People That Wear Closey The Same 
Thing In Lots Of IMVU. I Agree She Does 
Look Very Mad, With The Eyebrows And 
The Frown/Grin Of The Lips. I Also So
Agree That Lipstick Has Got To Go! 
I Would Of Preferd A Clear Lip Color.. 
I Do Not Like The Overlapping Eyeliner 
Aswell.. I Kinda Wished You Used A 
Better Pant That POPED! Aswell.. Overall...
