I like the idea but I find it a little bit messy. I think the head/skin/hair combo is not working well. She needs a more mature head, other hairstyle that fits better the head and that goes better with the dress and I would prefer a better quality skin. The stars on her face are not necessary to me and they seem out of place; eyebrows look a little bit high and I think a shorter necklace would really help, this one got a really good quality and contrasts bad with the quality of the dress. Im not in love with the shoes and I would prefer other nails colour there. She needs other accesories to catch my attention cause the dress is too simple and a little boring.

I agree with everything Safaroba has mentioned. i also think she might benefit from being taller. The dress makes her legs look short and then the shoulders look very broad and a taller avi could make the proportions look better on her.
