The feathers may seem random, but I was in the process of making this outfit for a group picture of another agency.
And apparently, the name of the agency has something to do with nature and culture. So I added a touch of feathers. (:
They are white because the color scheme was black, white and silver.

I really like this but the eyes are really noobish and are given to new users upon sign up. I would avoid them in the future. I really like this. I like the necklace and the feathers as well, they fit nicely here. I wish you had found a black dress with some silver made into the design but I still like this dress. I don't see anything else that could be changed. Nice job.

She looks good but the eyes are noobish. I would prefer a different skin; Its may be the poses but her hands and shoulders look odd.
