First of all, dont forget to add a hand resizer for next submissions, they look huge. It is just one piece and shoes but the bottom part is really low quality. Dont forget to match the eyebrows with the hair colour and I would prefer a different head expression, not so serious. A bracelet or a ring wouldnt hurt her.
