The tattoo isn't needed and I would change the head, it's much too childish. She needs a bit more work for me to pass it.

First off, the hips are too narrow for the broad shoulders. The bracelets silver detail doesn't match or compliment anything in the outfit. The tattoo is completely useless, and it doesn't help the look at all; more so does the exact opposite. You used a scaler which made the hands too small, and it makes the wrists look funny. The texture on the meshing (of the dress) is horrid, and I agree with the previous comment; The head should be more mature, because she looks rather childish as of right now since you're obviously going for an elegant look.

The tattoo really doesnt fit and the head is too childish for the outfit and the texture is very bad quality and i dont like that the shoes are duplicates
