It looks a bit bland, the hair colour does not match the outfit, the skin tone is a bit dark and dull with the hair colour and the pants are not good quality. Remember to also match eyebrows with the hair.

I don't feel that the top matches with the rest of the outfit either. You got black and gold going on, and suddenly having green and stripes in it makes it look messy and out of order. Same with the hair.

The pants could be more detailed than they are and I feel like they don't go well with the top. The hair should be a different color if you're gonna use a skin tone this dark, you don't want the hair to blend into the skin and match the eyebrows.
