The eyebrows are too light, darker would be nice.

But I feel that the dress is a bit more cute and childish and would work better with a more childish or "cute" head.

I love the dress. It's amazing! I love the face as well. Very well done here. I'd make the eyebrows darker and it'd perfect her!

I am just not a fan of this. I do not like the skin choice or the shoes. THe dress is just a bit much but I think it could work with the right accessories. I just do not think this is good enough.
But I like how you went for color!
