I see you used Vertigo's uniform and I think you almost hit the mark. I would have liked a different face, it doesn't fit here in my eyes. It looks small and childish. I'd take the hat off as it's lace and there isn't lace anywhere else on the outfit. A warmer skin would have been exceptional here. She looks sort of dead in a way. Some warmth would've been perfect. She's great but those points.

I just wanted to say that the belt comes with the dress..

I do not care for the hair with this. It doesnt go with the hat i think. I am not fond of the vibrant eyes with the dress it seems a bit unnatural.
I like the hat i think maybe a different dress would go with it nicely.

The hair, skin and hat do not fit this outfit. I would prefer a skin tone with maybe golden lips for more popping and maybe an other head piece in black or gold, solid, not any laced-like, as it doesn't fit the outfit. The hair is a bit random, covering the face and not being anything special. I understand you used it to not clip with the hat but since the hat doesn't fit, then neither does the hair.

So switch out the hat, hair and skin and this outfit will be very nice.
