This is definitely treading Cruella Deville territory, haha. She must be the mom of the love child that was submitted awhile back! I'm not really fond of this look. It is too top heavy with white, It needs some at the bottom to balance it. The pants look really weird. The eyebrows are arched too high. The hands should be a bit bigger, about an 80% scale. Overall I think this is at best a
