The outfit is great but a more colorful skin would fit this better. It'd make her really pop. She's great otherwise.

I like everything from the waist up, but below that
It just ruins the whole outfit for me... I dont like the
quality of the shoes or the pants and the hands are too small.
The bracelet in the screenie doesn't even match the outfit either,
Its supposed to be silver but they're colorful.
(I think the colorful ones are more suited though)
The silver necklace doesn't match with anything..

Agreed with Aeration. The sandals are too bright in terms of blue and it is not very nice with the jeans either. The hair and head combo makes her shoulders look very wide and you can correct this by either giving her a bigger hair style or making her head scaled to something slightly bigger. The necklace doesn't go with the outfit either, and if you were to go with a one sided hair style then earrings would be a nice balance and an interesting touch.
