I like this. I don't mind the narrow waist since not all women have curves. I wouldn't really change anything here. Nice job.

I feel that the fact that she has no waist at all the outfit just doesn't look formal or attractive. And I feel that the red and gold does not match, because you decided to have a complete gold dress with a few red items to go with it, and it would be nicer with a golden dress that had some hint of red in it. Then I would understand the cooperation of the red and gold.

I also recommend body shape enhancers when things look too odd, such as the stick thin waist.
