Take the beauty mark off as it detracts from her face. The gold necklace isn't needed since her dress covers her neck already. A more vibrant skin would bring some life to her as well. This one is kind of dull and muted with the pale skin. Different eyes too. My eyes should stay on her face and they eyes are dull along with the skin. Something more vibrant would have been better.

I got nothing against the beauty mark since it is not a huge black dot, but a nice and discrete one.
However, this outfit does not scream out business, but it screams out tacky. It probably has to do with the way the short skirt is peach and the top is white, as well as the top not having sleeves, making it look unprofessional and even slightly tacky. The heels do match the dress but it also screams out tackiness, I wish you could have chosen a more covered up outfit, because you do not need to be half naked to be a sexy business woman, you could have a wonderful suit or a dress with only a little twist to the collar of a shirt or just slightly more opened up blouse, or even stronger lip colour for professional sexiness at work.
I also think that the necklace and the earrings do not match each other, making things look childish and also makes the avatar insecure, because you want her to be sexy, yet she has a golden heart necklace and golden heart earrings, not making her serious looking of any kind.
A tip other than the one about the dress or suit selection:
I would personally not use gold when it comes to business outfits, as overload on gold can be considered tacky and "wannabe" rich, such as the feeling one gets when you see an outfit bombarded with designer labels all over.

The outfit isn't Tacky, I think it looks very nice. I understand the jewelry part u mentioned, but the outfit isn't Tacky. But I appreciate you judging my outfit, although you could've been a bit better with ur choice of words.

Tacky/Cheap/Tasteless/Inelegant/Outmoded/Shabby/Sleazy/Sloppy/Unstylish/Unbecoming and the list goes on.
There is a reason that the word is negatively loaded, because they do not represent something positive, so I am sorry if you feel offended, but you might have to take this with the ones who handle dictionaries in the English language, not me.
I do respect your opinion in it being nice, hence why you submitted it, but you have to understand that not everyone likes what you like, people don't always like what I like, but I try to keep my eyes open to try to understand why. It might help. Basically, this outfit to me is not something professional business women would wear.

I agree with Phersu on some points.
This outfit doesnt look elegant at all.
Neither business clothing.
Other then that.
I do like the hair and the skin+head.
