The shirt looks very odd I think, I dont really like it on this outfit. Maybe try a differnt one aswell as I dont like the necklace with it maybe something more like the earrings.
Also, The lips are quite large on the face in my opiuon maybe try a differnt head if possible.

This outfit is very nice. I like the top and skirt together. They go nicely together and compliment each other. The only thing I would change is the eyelashes. They're very clumpy and separated. Some more natural eyelashes would be perfect. Nice job other than those things!
