This is just really really white. I like what you were going for, but I'm a texture stickler and all these different looking textures really bring this down. My main problem is with the bandana. The bandana looks a bit grungy and worn yet the rest of the outfit is clean and bright white. I think the white pants also makes the outfit overly white. Brining in denim would look good with this American vibe that you tried to portray. I'd love to see a resub.

Nothing really goes here and he's really white. Too bright for my eyes to look at for long. I wish you had gone for a masculine head instead of the feminine one you used. It's not attractive. The pants could've not sagged and looked normal. It would make him look a normal height. Overall, he's alright but not very well done.
