From the waist-down this outfit has potential. The shoes are good and the pants have a print on them that allows you to make a fabulous outfit. But from the waist-up this outfit is not so great. The sweater doesn't work well with the pants here. The pants have this tough vibe to them and then you threw on this granny sweater. The necklace is also cutting through the shoulders, which doesnt look good. I think you may have over-used accessories as well even though the sweater hides most of them. The biggest problem with this outfit is the size of the head. That head is the size of a baseball compare to the body. it makes hr shoulders look massive and it just does not look pleasing to the eyes.
