Different necklace and shoes. Beaded head band doesn't match anything. Piercing doesn't go with anything. Would've preferred a more dramatic skin.

The necklace doesnt match anything color scheme wise, and I agree with Recoil.
You also need a different head, I don't think this one goes good with the outfit.

Not really gothic. This looks more like a mess. Make sure you have a clear image in your head of what you're going for and then you can nail the theme you're going for perfectly. Also, nothing really goes together here and the head gives me the impression that she's an alien with human skin. It's really awkward to look at. I love the dress and shoes, they're a wonderful combination. The necklace could have been black with a hint or silver in it to give it a nice pop. The piercing doesn't fit here very well and doesn't fit this look very well. The bead head band is also not needed. It clogs up her face too much and I don't feel it fits here at all style-wise. Other than all of this points, she could be great but with a lot of tweaking and fixing here and there.
