This is perfect except she needs hand resizers badly. Always use hand resizers. They make your hands proportionate with the rest of your body. I also would have liked a different skin, this one gives her face a square look to it and it's really odd to the eye. Other than those things, this is wonderful and adorable.

I like the Idea behind this however the execution could be a lot better. Something to me is very awkward here. Probably the head you choosen, it does not fit well with the skin. The ring seems disconnected and does not go with anything else. Also, the gloves seem out of place. And as 563 said hand resizers are a must specially with a childish look like this one.
Again love the idea, and a resub would be nice
