This is great but I would take off the gloves and add donethibg her wrist and fingers. The lace on the gloves doesn't quite fit here. Eyebrows that better match the root of the hair would have also been nice here as well. It looks off. Maybe a paler skintone since you went with red hair and people with red hair are paler in skintone. Other that those things she's great, but keep working at it.
