I think eye lashes to thick does bring out her eyes its really cute! A

I'm not a fan of the hair and the eyelashes are way too thick. I feel like the necklace is too chunky for this look as well. And this shirt mesh has been overused.

Agree with above. I really wish you would start using another head. It does not fit the skin very well and is very squinty in the eyes. The necklace could've been different as I see too often and it's really clunky on her neck. I also feel the shadow was not needed here as it is more of a personal item.
