im not to fond of the head it looks sorta long a-

the head is to big for the hairstyle A-

The head and skin is not flattering the dress or the hair style. The size of the head makes her hairstyle look like it hasn't got any volume at all. Nothing else in the outfit is red, so you could maybe have changed skin tone and added a head scaler if you really liked the head. I also feel that the heels and the colour is too random, same as the red colouring in the outfit. Try to match colours better.

The head is too big here. Try using a smaller head so she doesn't look like a Bratz doll or a bobble head. Always make sure the head is proportionate to the rest of the body and shoulders. I like the shoes here as the black compliments the teal here. The piercing isn't needed here as it's doesn't fit with the outfit. Also, the skintone and lip color doesn't compliment the face very well. I would have gone with maybe a nude lip. Other than those points, you're doing better but keep working at it.
