Most of Cindyy's skins are customs. The price that it is submitted at in the catalog is the price that it stays at, I know because I own quite of her custom skins. There are quite a few that are over 5k and there are some that stay at normal price. This is one of the few that stays at normal price to make it so everyone can buy it.
