Everything here is gorgeous but the lower part of her outfit has to go. I hate how the shine is on her crotch and it is highly distracting and directing unwanted attention down there. I also wish you used a larger head and another skin. They don't work together and the black lips should have been red or maybe some other color. Black is too much here. Tone it down and don't pound on the black so much. Overall, this is good in concept but needs more work.

It may be just me, but I don't think the accessories match well.
There is no gold in the outfit, so why gold jewelry? I would try diamonds/silver.
I like the head/skin combo, but the lipstick would have been much better in a darker red. (As Zake suggested.)
I also agree about the shine. I actually don't like the bottoms at all with this top.
But I love them equally, if only put into different outfits.
