I play League so I know these characters well. This isn't bad for a Miss Fortune cosplay but it isn't the greatest either. There's a lot that can be changed. For starters, the skin. This skin is way too tan for Miss Fortune, she's very fair skinned for a pirate. And she shows a lot more skin than this, plus her hair is in two weird pigtails. She also doesn't have a sword, she only has guns. She also doesn't have gloves. If this were a normal pirate it would be great but this isn't the greatest attempt at Miss Fortune.

All has been said and her head is too childish here. I wish it wasn't childish but mature. I also would have liked to see more varying on developers here, as almost the entire outfit is from the same developer. Good job otherwise.

I don't play leagues or whatever so I'm going by the reference and not by the reference all together. The chick in your reference looks badass, the chick you put together, doesnt.

Reasons:
Childish head, need a more mature one, which has already been said
Less clothing is needed, she needs to look sexy not reserved, this has also been pointed out
The chick in the reference looks so much more modern even if she is in a pirate outfit and that is because she has a great pair of guns.

Your look doesn't look bad at all and if I should be judging on just your look then I feel like the red hair texture isnt nice. I suggest you look for a better red hair. Your character resembles a pirate none the less and no pirate is "cute" - change the avatar body.
I like the trousers, I like the Jacket and I like the shoes. From the back you're character looks great, minus the hair. Change the top, wear something shorter, show some stomach flesh, make this pirate sexy and badass NOT cute.
