I'm not a fan of the head and skin combo, the makeup makes her face look odd. And you also forgot eyebrows, she really looks odd without them. I wish you used a different color than purple, we're seeing a lot of pastel purple in this theme, try to expand into different colors. Her legs look a little are, colored socks or stockings would have fixed that.
