I see what you was going for but im not a fan of the skin or the eyes.
The flowers and ears are a little to much on the head, i would have did just one or the other.
Those shoes are really cute but looks kinda random with the outfit.
I think the hair is fine very colorful and pretty.
Everything else but those points are fine.

Those shoes just aren't working with the rest of your look.
I like the top.
I dont think you need the septum.
Theres no point in having that hairband, you cant see it that much but when you do look carefully at it, its just clashing with the color of your hair.
I think the main focus here is your shoes, change them to something colorful perhaps?
