The skin doesn't really scream punk or emo to me, it's more normalish, something with heavier makeup would have fit better. A different head as well, the facial features are just out of proportion and don't do her face justice. Black eyebrows would have looked better than blonde, the blonde seem kind of random and out of place. Remember two things, no matter what, always use a hand scaler, no bigger than 70% preferably and always, always use a shadowless room to take screenies. I like the shorts and I like the shirt, I'm just not so sure I like them together, I know this shirt mesh is hard to work with because it's basically stick straight but I think smaller shorts, something not so high waisted would have worked better with this shirt, especially because the shorts glitch with the shirt in most poses. The shoes are cute but they don't really work with this outfit, I think combat boots or some other type of flat boot would have worked better than these, they just don't seem to fit with this look.
