Her hands are huge, remember to use a scaler, preferably around 70%. The necklace doesn't match this look at all, neither do the glasses, if you want to use the glasses then make them a solid color. Her eyebrows don't match the roots of her hair, remember to always do that. I think since the skirt is so flowly a more form fitting shirt would have worked better here, preferably in black. I like the shoes but I wish they were solid black without the gold. The ring and nails are pretty common, try to dig for things that haven't been seen before and go better.
