I actually like this. I think the colors match well.

I think the top is unique, it looks really light as its see-through so it doesn't look like it would be that hot, so it fits fine with the short shorts.

I think everything I like about this outfit is mostly my guy instincts that like it; Short shorts, nice butt, big lips, attractive.

I don't really mind the eyebrows, I like their thickness and think they fit well for her look, she looks a bit latin. However, I do agree they could moved down like 5 pixels or so.
