just use different eyebrows, they are
way too light for her skin tone.
Shoe texture I'm not liking, it doesn't
really go with the outfit.

Better...but oh my, the eyebrows. No one dyed their eyebrows back then and they certainly don't look natural. Also, no one ever wore those kind of fingernails before the late '80's. No need for the eyelashes here when your wearing shades. Your hair looks ok, and the one piece is the most vintage so that's what I'mma vote on- the suit and the shades. The shoes are not vintage, they didn't use those bright of colours back then, but they do match the glasses well...Pretty good.

The eyebrows are too light. I wish there were bracelets or something because it looks a little plain, although I do like the flower in the hair. I do not like the texture of the shoes. But overall, cute.

There is an accesory that says missing :/ . Also, why wearing long eyelashes if you have glasses?. Have to agree about the eyebrows but the outfit is good.
