This is pretty dressy for being a casual outfit. I would suggest lightening up on the accessories, and maybe pick some shoes that don't draw as much attention? The hat also leaves a lot of space between it and the hair, so possibly a new hairstyle. It's just one of those outfits where I like it, but I'm not sure at the same time. CX Sorry!
