I'm not really liking this outfit, to be honest... Everything's colorful, and really..out there, in a good way.. Until you get to the skirt. It just looks out of place to me.
Personally, I love this head/skin combo. :i

I absolutely love the top and the necklace! However the rest, I'm not feeling it with this outfit. I do actually like the skirt, but not with this outfit. The head/skin combination looks a little strange to me - not a huge fan of it. I think black heels or a red that matched your top under the jacket would have looked better. Also I would have gone with red nails!

I agree, change the skirt or get rid of it. I would like this look much better with a pair of jeans, but that's just me.
But everything else looks good.

I feel like the skirt might fit in better if the bra was black also, so that the color popping happened with the jacket and shoes. However, I loooove the jacket and the hair/skin/head combo. Beautiful!
