Not digging the expression so much, but I like the outfit.
A small silver chain around the neck would have been great.

Too me the body feels disproportionate. From the front the waist is tiny and doesn't look pregnant at all. From the side the back feels way too arched like the avi is just sticking out her stomach. The butt size doesn't feel right here, maybe because of the waist size? I'm not liking the still avi either nor the face/head. Add some accessories as well, without them this feels kind of bland, although you did say she's casual, but maybe one accessory? Also not fond of the eyes. + 2 duplicates w/ shoes.
